Banana yellow queen Anne bone china made in England with golden scrolls wrapped around the plate. Many gorgeous twiggy "MOD" style eyes surround the plate and two very school girl cat eye 1960 style eyeglasses are on either side. Such a fun an interesting dish! An art peice for sure.
